Dear Askgamblers Support,


I won 110 € and made a minimum deposit of 25 € to identify my Neteller account. I have a pending withdrawal of 135 € since 06th of January. I sent all of my identification documents. I talked customer representatives every day and sent e-mail again about my withdrawal, but nothing happened yet. the last promise was, I will get my money within 48 hours. Could you help me?...

I had a chat yesterday evening with Daniel (CRC representative), he said I will get my winnings today, but nothing happened yet, I hope they will pay me....
