Silver Oak Casino - Delayed payment, no response to emails

I was approved for a withdrawal on 3/2/16 in the amount of 2355.00.I had originally requested a wire transfer to receive payment but changed it to a check after speaking with Robyn on 3/31. I have sent 2 emails to the payouts department inquiring on my check on 4/16 and again in 4/21 with no response. I have seen that others on here with delayed payments that were approved after my withdrawal have either received there money or have at least got a response from the casino so I am hoping for the same. I really did not want to file this but all I want is a response as to when my check will be sent. Thank you for your help.

I certainly understand your frustration and I sincerely apologize for what you've experienced.

As promised, I've looked into your account and I can see that your payment has been sent off and I would expect to see the tracking on this in the next couple days. I would also expect the payment will arrive to you by Friday or next Monday at the very latest.

Cheque was received today. I deposited it into my account. Now waiting for it to clear. Thank you askgamblers and silveroak for settling this payment delay.
