Cool Cat Casino - Delayed payment, no response

Hi, I'm submitting a complaint about cool cat casino. I won 8000 on a jackpot back in April of this year. It took until June to receive my first check of 2200 dollars. That's fine, I was very happy and they held up to their word. I received two more checks that were roughly 1200 dollars each. Last one I received was the beginning of August . I've been patiently waiting for the rest of my winnings and sent multiple emails to the escalations manager and haven't gotten a reply, it's been about a month since the first email. I would like to add I've been very happy with cool cat up until now. I just feel it shouldn't take this long to complete payment for a jackpot I won back in April.

Will do thank you for your help. The disputed amount should be roughly 2500 or so I spent about 500 with the casino at the slots.
