have completed all the requirements by las vegas casino they day I won. Including a utility bill . Front and back image of the credit card I used A credit card authorization form. And a few others. . I have been contacting them over and over and initially they told me it takes about 2 weeks to be paid. I talked to finance about 10 times now and the first few times I got different reasons why I have not been paid yet . And as of now I contact them again today and I am getting the same reason as I have the last 5 times that they lost their payment provider and now payments are backlogged . They told me in the beginning that they were somewhat backed up and now all of a sudden they lost their provider? I won on 10/25/16 and here we are at 11/15/16 and all they can say is they will email me when payment is processed. Anyone else having this issue?
