Planet 7 Casino - Delayed payments

Hi,
I put in for two withdrawals, one for the weekly maximum of $2500 and the second for $1300, on May 15, 2016. I also submitted all of the proper paperwork, ie: credit card agreement, copies of my credit card, license, and utility bill. I submitted these for a second time yesterday, along with a letter asking the management at Planet 7 to please get back to me regarding my payout. I have heard nothing, and my check requests are still awaiting approval.
Please help me get my payouts with this casino. This is the first time I have played with them, but as I have withheld my side of the bargain I expect to be paid.
I also have a new withdrawal pending, but that was only cashed out on the 25th...they have stopped all promotions for my account, but not paid me...

Apologies for the delay in replying--I do have good news, though. ;-)

The tracking on your payment came in, late today. I see that your payment is set to be delivered tomorrow (Friday) by 10:30 AM.

I do see another payment has gone off, so I would expect to see tracking on it towards the end of next week.

I did receive one check, and am awaiting two more checks that are both over a month old...I will hope to receive then both this week, as their total does not come to your weekly withdrawal limit. Thanks!

Hi Marjorie--

I just received tracking and I see that your payment is set to be delivered later today by 4:30. There is another payment that has gone off, which I expect you'll receive by this time, next week.

The reason the two payments were separated has nothing to do with our payment thresholds--it is due to the fact that they were requested by you, five days apart. We approve payments based on dates. In the future, if you wish to bundle your payments, please make a lump withdrawal, rather than multiple smaller withdrawals.

I'll be back once I've received further tracking.

I am hoping that I receive the payment for $782.00, which was approved on 6/6/16, by the end of next week! I was hoping that I would receive it today, but I only received one payment. I will keep my eye open for this next one....Thanks.
