on thursday the second of july i made a cashout for 160000$US from 888casino, then on sunday i recieved an email from operations asking for ID verification, i sent them in and on monday the 6th i recieved an email that all was good and that any restrictions have been liften and any withdrawals will now be processed. well i have been in contact by email with operations and they keep delaying it going into processing, saying in 2 more days, and just today when i was talking with the lady from chat she said she was talking with the ppl from operations and they would send my cashout into processing today.....they still have not done so...

the terms of their wire transfer withdrawal says it will take 3 business days before it can go into processing, and then another 4-7 days for it to arrive in my account....it has been 6 business days since i cashed out, and 4 business days since i heard confirmation that my ID verification was good and they could proceed with cashout...

i want my cashout to go into processing because it will never arrive if it does not start by going into processing

i believe they just sent my withdrawal into processing...there was a delay that was not normal of a few extra days...maybe i should have waited another few days before making a complaint, but my payment is finally "processing" so i think i should have to wait 4-7 days now to see some money in my account...so i believe this issue is resolved...not 100% sure till i see the $ but im 90% sure this issue is resolved

Ok, well they have sent out a payment of 30k$us, should arrive in my bank in 4-7 days as 30k per month in their max payout...Anyways, I believe this issue is resolved and I jumped the gun maybe a bit quick, I was just tired of a bit more than double the stated waiting time for it to go into processing....So I guess you can close this complaint....(sorry for the caps just noticed, lol)

Oh and to the moderator in charge, would it be possible to remove my attached file now? As I forgot to remove some info in it before I posted it, and now that this is resolved that file is irrelevant
