3x $1000 withdrawal requests placed on 1st June 2016 due to the maximum withdrawal limit being $1000 per request.

Money won on a bonus however all wagering requirements had been met.

Delayed response in contact.
Still waiting after providing information thag was requested then a few days later finding out the further delay was from paperwork that was outstanding on my behalf... however not known about since it was never sent through.

Finally received said form and returned promptly. And the waiting game began.

A little unsure on the cause of delay. I withdrew a similar amount earlier in the year via Jackpot city and was also a first withdraw from that casino, same payment detailsand account info as I have with Crazywinners however processing was far less frustrating and funds were in my account within 36 hours.

Fair to say it's disappointing at the very least.

Any help or encouragement on their end would be grately appreciated.
