I submitted a withdrawal request for £2,416 at Always Vegas Casino on 29th October 2011 and I was initially informed that I can expect to receive payment within 2-5 business days. However, I was recently told that my withdrawals have been limited to 2000USD per month across all Rival Casinos.

This is highly unfair as I have net losses of around £3,800 (including my pending withdrawal requests) at Rival Casinos. At one point I was £8,500 down.

If a player loses a lot of money and then wins back abound half of it, how can the casino then turn around and say we will pay in 6-7 months?! This is also after they promise paying within 2 -5 business days. It's absolutely diabolical. I have lost a lot of money playing in Rival casinos. I want my money now.
