originally I won $13000. I've sent in several email with documenting. I cashed out (withdraw,). And after a day the money was put back into my account. They keep telling me different reason for the delay. And I couldn't withdrawn it again. So I called and they they did something and I was able to withdrawal. This time I withdrew $10000. I've called them constantly and still nothing was done. One of the excuses was that they didn't get my documents. I sent them 5 times. I'm very fustrated and won't deal with this casino again is there any action I can take if they fail to honor my winnings.

Although there has been a delay in the verification of your documents the process has been completed but there is a problem with paying your withdrawal to the bank profile through which the deposit was made.

Please update your Preferred Method of Payment urgently so we can effect payment to you.

Hello. The casino said they couriered a cheque when I called them. How can I know this is happening. I'm conserned there would be another excuse.
