My request for a withdrawal of $1000 was approved on September 9th. I have received no emails or communication from the casino. When I have contacted them via chat I have been told that my withdrawal has been approved and that it was sent to escalations but I still haven't heard anything.

My check arrived today without any notice. My issue has been resolved. Thank you!
