I submitted a withdrawal request on April 6th in the amount of $1000. This was approved for $850 on April 15. I understand that this takes time so I waited patiently for a few weeks then asked for an update. I was told that this was sent to escalations the first week of May. It is now June and I was told all they can say is it is sent to escalations. I was given an email address for Ally and have had no response regarding the status of this. Any information from anyone at all would be great right about now.

I'm sorry for the slow reply and the delays you've experienced.

The good news is, your payment is already on its way and I would expect to have the tracking in the next day or two (generally payment is delivered the day after I receive tracking).
