Mr Ringo Casino - Delayed payment and false promises

My case is about poor customer service by Mr. Ringo casino. I did a deposit of 300 Euros and lost so I thought why not try 100 euros more.
I was lucky and won some bucks so I verified my account and the next day my account was verified. It stands on the rules that withdrawals will be processed within 72 hours after your account is verified, but it took rather a little over two weeks before ringo paid out just over half of the sum I've won. The rules say that They pay 2,000 Euro per week it is okay but I still have not gotten everything I've won and it has soon gone one month. I wrote an email to them again yesterday and the support publican told me that the money will come untill tomorrow. I had a little doubt on it but also a little touch of hope because this was not the first time they said that the money is coming soon .. so they stick to the same excuses, do not worry you will get paid. How can one call itself cumstomer service they have no idea what it means. Its allso worth to mention that i only played without Bonus ore freespins money, only my own. so this should have gone even faster too pay.
Tomorow i will consider to take this case further ahead to mga. So Mr ringo whut is your excause now? next day? tomorow ?later? maybe? Iam not so worried to not get my money i honestly deserve. I will contact your licens provider and write them a love letter about you'r treatment of your customers and false promises.

This case Can now rest. Mrringo Will never see me playing again on their site since they pay out too slowly without eny good explanation.
Maybe i can give ringo a Chans to explain this case here? Just don't Blame on technical errors like casinos in general Always does.

Well,Ty for the reply...I Hope for rringos sake they Will learn to pay out faster. I myself can never excause myself to my customers why their orders have not arrived. Its many solutions to each problems a business gets in.
No one likes to get paid to late. I can allso see That this is not your first time customers have had trouble with this kind of issue.
This case is done.
