Planet 7 Casino - Delayed Payment, AGAIN, no help from support

I requested a small withdrawal of $450 on 7/16/16 and it was FINALLY approved a week later on 7/25/16. It was only approved after I contacted support. I contacted support a second time on 8/9/16 to see if any progress had been made regarding my withdrawal. My issue was supposedly sent to the escalations department (typical support response) and then I was transferred to the payout department who wasn’t any help at all. I was told per the payout department to contact Ally via email for future information regarding my payout. SO I sent Ally an email, but still have yet to hear back from her. I know that Planet7 does payout because I have received payouts from them in the past. What I don’t like is that I have to jump through hoops for my payout and track down every casino department for information. Tawni, you helped me out in the past and I’m hoping that you can assist me again please?

Hi Lisa--

I apologize for the delays and frustration you've experienced with this.

I've looked at your account and I do see that your withdrawal has been issued to the processor. I'd expect to see tracking on this sometime before the end of next week, with the payment being delivered to you either the day after or the same day we receive tracking (I know it sounds goofy, but we've been receiving tracking the same day payments are being delivered).

I went to check on your tracking and I saw that your payment had already been delivered, this morning! I'm sorry I couldn't beat FedEx with your tracking, but I'm very happy to know you've now received your payment. ;-)

Yes, I received it this morning. Thanks again for your help, Tawni. I have another withdrawal pending in my cashier. Hopefully it will be approved and processed much quicker this time around.
