LeoVegas Casino - Delayed payment after it was approved, now waiting impatiently

LeoVegas is holding my money and not paying out the $1800 it owes me. Saying the funds take 2-5 working days to arrive. I am verified and have received a refund before, but now they say the money has been sent and 8 working days later still nothing. They have sent me a tracking # to inquire with my bank, and my bank has no information and says it is LeoVegas' tracking number. Now LeoVegas has asked me for a copy of my bank statement to prove I have not received the funds and I am getting the run around that it will take time to verify that the payment has not been deposited into my account. I need this money and I should have had it 3-5 working days ago. Now the process has to start all over once they verify that the payment has not been received. Many emails and chat messages and just no answers as to where my money is and when it will actually be deposited into my account. Frustrated!

Update: the money has reappeared back into my casino account, with a message saying that the transfer to my visa debit failed. It had been missing for 13 days. Now I have withdrawn the amount of $1801 plus another withdrawal of $425 for a grand total of $2,226 to my bank account. According to LeoVegas' withdrawal policy to bank accounts it takes between 10 minutes and 3 working days to receive the funds. I am waiting anxiously for them to approve the withdrawal, even though each withdrawal has already been approved once before.

I am still waiting for the payment to be deposited into my bank account. LeoVegas site reads that transfers to bank are processed within 10minutes to 3 business days. Today is the third business day and I hope it will be here today, but so far nothing.
