hii AG after playing on RDB and loosing a great deal of my own money i got litle lucky and made a request for a withdrawal on january the 23 after 5-7 day proccess period that the casino have as a policy rule still i have pending withdraw after contacting the support thay tell mee the issue will be resolved shortly in this case its not soo whe here now after back and forth with the RDB support i get the runaroound from them not a real answer at all lame excuses

dear AG thankyou for posting the issue its resolved so far i can see..RDB proccessed my withdrawal finaly...i just wait to see how long its going to take for the transfer

hii AG after my first complaint i belived that RDB resolved the issue but a guess not after the withdrawal was processed from RDB i still did not recive the funds so far its ben more than 5-7 banking days no money in my account yet the firs withdrawal i made from RDB 14000 sek came through about 5 days but this 31500 sek never came in so far so please can you help out here thanks AG...thay say its ben processed i did not recive nothing so far i send an email to support no answer yet
