Mr Ringo Casino - Delayed payment for 3 weeks

I deposited 200€ and got 200€ bonus on 29.05.2016. I wagered through and won around 2700€. Now its been over 3 weeks and i have not received withdrawal that i made in 2 part.

I have asked many times about this thing from the livechat but they just says that there is some sort of investigation or technical problem. They have not send me any emails and they have not given me a response to my email.

I would understand 1-2 week delay but 3 weeks starts to make me feel a bit nervous.

Could you please help me?
