Hello! I withdrawal 500e but its rolled back. I have already send the documents and customer service member named "daniel" confirmed that to me. I ask the customer service that why they have rolled it back,they wont help me at all,just left the conversation! i think now that i wont get my money ever that place.. Can you help me?

There is not a chance our support manager could leave the chat with no reason. We will investigate this issue and respond immediately. What I suggest you to do right now is to put your funds to withdrawal again - this time we'll make sure everything works.

hello and thanks to response that fast. I have now withdraw that 500e and it no on pending time,so i have to wait! hope it wont roll back :D

After daniel has sayd that my documents are ok,i still got male from you that i have to send you a picture where is my face and my passport... that was very weird demand:D but i still do it! i think everything is ok now but i will wait that pending time..

Daniel was good agent but that female agent,idont remember her name but anyway she was very rude to me.
