Sin City Casino - Delayed payment!

I requested withdrawal on the 19th July and after at least 10 emails to support/cashier and daily discussion with 'live chat' I am still waiting for my funds. I keep getting told next week I will get my funds but this does not materialise! i want the £ 1000 I am owed!

Also, it's worth mentioning that I have been assured that I would receive my funds this week (by tomorrow 14th August), I have screen shots to evidence this.

Still nothing from 'the finance department' although live chat suggests there are some problems (see attached), although you can still make deposits in a matter of seconds. 37 days since my request and still don't know what is happening!
