On 03/12/2015, i requested a wire transfer withdrawal for $1,725.00 On 3/19/2015, my withdrawal was approved for $1,581.00 Slotmadness deducted $144.59 from my withdrawal for the non-cashable bonus. The SlotMadness casino site states: "the general time-frame for withdrawals is 10 business days to be approved and 7 business days to be sent." A total of 16 business days has passed since my approval, and I have not received my winnings. On 04/02/2015, I contacted Slotmadness casino via live chat inquiring as to when my winnings would be sent. Slotmadness chat representative James stated in pertinent part the following: "They were all paid yesterday, A transfer was made for $1,581.00, Should be reflected within 24/48 hours." I enjoyed my gaming experience at Slotmadness, and would surely go back and play without question. However, I am not happy about the delay in payment as i have not yet received my winnings. I ask AskGamblers to blackout any personal information from documents attached. I am requesting that Slotmadness casino send me my winnings. Thank you
