Club Player Casino - Delayed payment since 12/17

I won $10000 on December 2nd 2015. I requested the payouts as required in $2500 increments. My first payout was approved on Dec. 17 but was lowered to $1201. I since have played and lost some of the money but have requested another $2500 on Dec 28. I still have not had that one approved and still haven't had the first check mailed to me. I have repeatedly contacted them about this issue, today being the most recent. Today they informed me that the check still had not been sent to the processor but that my information was being forwarded to the escalation department for action to speed it up. It has been almost a month from when it was approved and still hasn't been sent.
With the second request made on Dec 28, I asked when it would be approved. They informed me today was day 9 which would make next Monday, Dec 18 the 15th business day. I asked if it it would be approved by then which is stated in their website 10-15 business days and they said it would take another 2 weeks to be approved. I asked if the website was correct and they disconnect me from the casino without answering me. I have also saved the chat with them from Dec 30 that they stated the first check would be sent in 2 days.
Please help me!!

Hi chiro,

I can see that transaction #38912313 was sent to processing, 1/13 and tracking should be available in 7 - 8 business days.

Your next transaction was approved on 1/12 and is in the priority queue for processing and the final withdrawal is pending for approval.

I'll be monitoring this to ensure things move along smoothly.

I just checked my casino account to see how things were progressing. They have lowered my withdrawal request from $2500 to 2 separate requests of $1250. I am assuming I am going to get the run around again and them delaying my payouts even further. Please help!!

I was just on chat with the withdrawals dept at the casino. They still have not sent me a check. It it "still at the processors". Today they told me to contact [email protected] I just keep getting the run around.

No news yet. I am assuming when they said it was sent off to me, it was sent to the processors, which will then take 3 weeks to be sent to me.

I believe you've already received an email with the tracking information. In case you haven't received the tracking, I can see it is in transit via FedEx and is scheduled to arrive to you, tomorrow (Wednesday).
