My name is Rodney < surname removed >and I wish to make a formal complaint about Crazywinners Casino. I payed $50 used no bonuses. I won $2,800.00.i wasn't allowed to withdraw so I played out until $1500.00 tried to withdraw was refused, even though you are allowed to upon approval as stated in the t&c's. I was refused so I played it out to $500, which is 10× wagered amount as stated in the t&c's. I requested that on 25/9/2016...now its 25/10/2016 and I still haven't received a cent !. This is not my 1st withdrawal either. So it should be pretty straight forward. I've sent numerous emails. I've either been completely ignored., like now 3 emails in past 3 days....no response from Crazywinners. The emails I have received are alarming. Stating we will pay you or quicker if you keep spending ! No activity in past week so sorry keep waiting. That's briefly what I was told as you will see in the attachment emails of our conversation. Not really sure what to say, I appreciate that Crazywinners responded in quick fashion acknowledging there mistake but I still haven't received any money into my account, it's been 3 days now and still nothing.

Yes, we can confirm that your payment of 500 AUD was sent via wire transfer on the 27th of October.
