Silver Oak Casino - Delayed Payment of $7500 since January

I submitted three $2500 withdrawls on 1/28/2016. To date, two of them have been approved and the third one was split into two $1250 withdrawls (without notifying me) and one the the $1250 have been approved. So, $6250 of the total $7500 has now been approved and I'm sure the last $1250 will be approved soon. The problem is that the first $2500 was approved over a month ago and I have not heard a single thing about when the payment will be sent to the processor and mailed to me. I did receive an email from Candy and she said she would follow up with the finance department, but that was weeks ago and I have heard nothing, even after sending a couple follow-up emails.

What's more is that they had the audacity to ask me why I haven't been playing since I cashed out. LOL... you owe me $7500 and are dragging your feet. I would have to be an idiot to deposit any more money until you pay me out.

As an update, I was contacted yesterday about changing my withdrawl method to a preloaded debit card. My issue with this is that it requires me to submit more inform­ati­on/­doc­uments. Among them are things like my occupation and my mother's maiden name.

I advised them to just sent me the checks like we had originally agreed.

What I resent about this is that they communicate timelines when they know they are not going to be able to meet them. The last thing I want to do at this point is to start a whole new process over again, several days to submit the documents, days for the card to gets sent, days for the card to arrive, days for the payments to get sent.... and so on.

Two checks have already gone off (one on the 21st ($2460) and the second, today ($2500). As we now have your wire details, we went ahead and issue your wire, today, in the remaining amount of $2500.
