Royal Ace Casino - Delayed Pay

I submitted a withdrawal about a month ago. It took weeks to be approved. However since then I have had no luck with it being paid. Each time I call it's a different story but same delay. Apparently it has been escalated multiple times but still no resolution. All time limits have been exhausted according to limits outlined by Royal Ace.

Hi Shanikadukes--

First, I'd like to apologize for the delays you've experienced. I also need to apologize for my late reply on this--for whatever reason, I missed this posting and only just now saw it.

I'm happy to say that your check has been sent off (for both withdrawals). I would expect to see tracking by mid-week, with the payments reaching you by the end of the week.

I will continue to keep my eye on this and post as soon as I have the tracking.
