Raging Bull Casino - Delaying big payout

I've play by their rules, their bonus structure and payout rules. I've deposited thousands of dollars and also reached their tier of "red bull" VIP. I have an actual withdrawal balance of $24,208.94. This balance is clear of all bonus structures and is clean to pay to me. I have submitted all proof of deposit methods, verified this with online support, and waited their 24 hour requirement. It has now been 148 hours and I cannot even get a response from their banking support. Their withdraw system does not even show that anyone has looked at my withdraw. Even with their limit of 2,500 a week, I am looking at almost a year before I can fully withdraw my money. I gave them thousands, and they are dodging and stalling to pay me anything back. I am willing to give any document or requirement to fulfill their requirement. I currently advise any other online gambler to steer clear of this company.

Thanks for the post. I believe that Dean (withdrawals Manager) was in contact with you yesterday. Please can you confirm whether you received his email. The reason for the delay was due to 2 out standing docs which we have now received. Dean will be in contact with you again during the course of the morning to confirm.

They said they funds were sent. Just waiting for them from hit my bank account. I am hoping the beginning of next week.

This complaint has been reopened upon casino's request and we would really like to give it one more chance and help both parties involved to reach to a satisfactory resolution.
