Planet 7 Casino - Delayed on first of many withdrawals

Not much unique here, other than I had a pretty substantive run of recent luck and am determined not to fritter it away due to boredom this time while waiting for the withdrawal process.

I have had one withdrawal approved for a while, and another one in the approval process...and a lot more where that came from. I am not really too concerned about timing, honestly, but the lack of communication is concerning.

I got my first withdrawal approved on June 17.

I chatted with a "VIP Host" on June 24, she confirmed the withdrawal was pending (with some money backed out for bonus that I used - that's fine, it was explained very thoroughly and logically, I was very impressed) and suggested that I submit wiring information. I did that, and she confirmed receipt of the info and told me she'd let me know if she needed anything else.

Fast forward to July 28th. I hadn't heard anything so I went through the live chat and they did the same "send to the escalations team" thing that everyone else seems to have gotten and I got what appears to be the stock email from "Ally" that says she'd contact me within 3-5 business days. OK, so I'll wait.

Then last week, I went on a pretty insane run of luck and ran up a pretty substantive amount of money. So I decided to press the issue. I chatted with my own "VIP Host" (who has called me on the phone a few times, so I assume this isn't a bot or anything). He was cordial and all but didn't really offer any new advice on the withdrawal, other than telling me they are having problems with the provider and that there's no way to get more than $2,500 out at a time (which seems odd to me that a site that has a progressive jackpot of over a million dollars would pay that out in $2,500 increments, but whatever). He did confirm no withdrawal restrictions for me though, which is cool.

It seems as if people have had luck jumpstarting this process through this site and getting Tawni in the mix, so that's what I'm doing. I'm happy to wait for this process to unfold, it ain't my first rodeo and I know it can take long, but some better communication and reassurance that it's being worked on would be very helpful.

Hi Brian--

I'm very sorry for what you've experienced with this.

I'm not in the office today (it's a holiday here in Costa Rica), but I will make it a priority to look into this issue once I return to the office tomorrow (Tuesday).

I'll update this thread as soon as I have information.

All the best,

Tawni

Hi Brian--

Sorry for the slow reply, but I needed to get a bit of clarification on this.

I have good news for you--we've been able to combine both withdrawals and we've issued a wire in the amount of $3850. This payment has already been sent off, so I would expect it to be reflected in your account later this week or early next week at the very latest.

Please confirm once you've received the wires.

All the best,

Tawni
