have requested a withdrawal from a bonus which prism have confirmed that has been played through correctly. i am not sure why a withdrawal to neteller should take so long i have sent my ID NUMEROUS times even CC myself and receieve the documents attached i have sent 3 times this week multiple times yet they say they have not received.

so live support gave the managers personal email which i emailed regarding the delay and ZERO response of any queries etc and have not received any acknowledgment from the manager whatsoever also in that live chat i put his email for the chat transcript to be sent to. hmmm...

You requested your withdrawal on 2/26, however, we did not receive your documents until a day later. Our terms are clear that approval on withdrawals occur up to 7 business days following receipt of documents.

With this in mind, you should know if your withdrawal is approved no later than Tuesday.
