NetBet Casino - Blocked my account and payment without any explanation provided

I withdrew on Friday. The site states 48 hours to process. I received an email stating that they needed documents for verification purposes. I sent these. I got another email saying this process was successful and that my file had been updated. I am still waiting. In emailed them yesterday to be told that the only would leave them within 24 hours. I tried to log on this morning to check status and they have blocked my account. Their reviews state that they do this to avoid paying you. I want my winnings. They took my deposits off me without any question so they need to pay me what inhale won. I had no bonus so didn't have to play through any amounts. This is so deceitful. Your help would be much appreciated. My user name is calajato.
