Hi
I requested to withdraw $800 since Aug.18 .On their website approval is within 3 business days but until now i didn't hear anything from them . I called and they said it will be approved soon but i got blocked in all their sister campany. All i need is to get the money i won.

Hi Graphics--

I'm very sorry, but my plate is full and I'm doing my very best to take care of everyone as quickly as I possibly can.

Regarding your withdrawal, I do see that your wire was sent off to processing on September 2nd. With the Labor Day holiday, the wire likely was initiated by the processor on Tuesday, so I would imagine you'll see the payment reflected in your account no later than early next week (although I'm hoping by this Friday).

Why its always chaotic every time and managers are liers, arrogant and rude! Even blocked me with my pending withdrawal. But i will keep my eyes open for my money to get in to my acct.

I'm sorry you're having these issues--if nothing else, support should not be rude. I'm not certain what happened with your account, but I'll be looking into this Monday, when I return to the office. I'll check on why you're being blocked and I'll also look into any and all of the correspondence you've had with our staff.

Hi Graphics--

Your post bothered me so much that I contacted our Finance Manager who happened to be in today, on Saturday. I asked her about your account and it is inaccurate that you've been blocked. You are absolutely able to log-in to your account and you're able to see your account history. What you're unable to do is to deposit further. The decision was discretionary via management, who reserve the right to exclude players.

Further, you have no pending withdrawals. The only withdrawal you've had is the one that has already been approved and is currently en route to your bank account.

I was referring the situation while waiting my pending withdrawal get approved and during that time i can logged in but cant make deposit to play? Why i was blocked to make deposit? I am not the one who breaks the rule.You guys made promises of such and such ,make me feel like idiots, run around talks etc. I could have make my life a favor by calling my bank so i can get my money back but I am not sure what to compain because all the transactions made to appear it was an item purchased and not from casino game purchases. Its probably easier to deal with my bank than dealing with bunch of liers online. And i have read a lot of complaints here about royalace, planet7 and your other sister casino companies..if your managers and customer support group only do their job your customers are not on this askgamblers website seeking for help. Still waiting for my money or naybe I'll seek for fraud purchases to get my money back?

Just checked my account wired amount of $566.85.....i requested $800 minus $180 wirth of coupon ,remaining balance is $620.00 and I only received $566? To wire money is soo expensive??? Ridiculous!!!

Hi Graphics--

I'm so sorry, but we have no control over what the banks charge with wires. Additionally, we're very clear that our bonuses are non-cashable, so the removal of the $180 should not be an issue, here.
