Rich Casino - Delay Payment and Non replying of email

I have played on the casino non deposit bonus and after meeting the wagering requirement on the allowed games, I make a withdrawal which is capped at USD100. This USD100 is also inclusive of my own deposit of USD25, meaning that i only make a net gains of USD75.

After sending my international passport and national id and also my latest credit card statement, i make my withdrawal .

The nightmare finally cames as thereafter, about 2 days after the withdrawal, the requested amount USD100 will be reversed back to my gaming account without any email from them. I have a live chat with their customer service and being informed that the Neteller account which i used to deposit with them is not available. This is totally ridiculous as when i make my withdrawal, the neteller account already there and now they used this stupid excuse to delay payment and do not even answer my email.

Please be advised that as per our terms and conditions, the player must submit all payment information to our accounting department prior to requesting the withdrawal. In the case of FOOYEE, the withdrawal request was submitted on September 23rd, however we did not have the player's NETeller account ID on file, which meant the payment could not be processed.

Please note that when deposits are processed through NETeller, the payment information is not visible in our system, since all payment details are private.

In order for the winnings to be sent to the customer, we require the NETeller account ID be e-mailed to our accounting department.

We have since received the required information, which has been updated on the customer's account on Sept 28th, and the withdrawal request is currently pending review.

Please be advised the new withdrawal request has been submitted on September 28th and the standard review time is 72 hours.
