Casino Cruise - Delay over small payment

I requested a withdrawal the 13th january of 60 dollars and I was told It an take up 48 hours. The problem that I havent received my payment yet and when I ask over the chat and they just give me same answer all the time, that there are technical issues. I have read from other players that when the request a withdraw the casino says that they are having technial issues. so my question is; what's going on here? It's just 60 USD!!!

I have been advised by our Customer Support that your funds was sent yesterday (18.01.2016). The back office problems have now been fixed and we are working overtime to catch up with the back log.
