Planet 7 Casino - Delay of payouts with no information

Proper documents sent in before withdrawals requested and also approved. All bonus rules checked and followed before deposits. Waiting on payouts for $500 and $2000 for over a month. Have been directed and redirected by casino staff to different departments with no tracking information or help being offered. Have not been getting responses from e-mails, chats or phone calls that have been placed.

I'm sorry for the delays and frustrations with this, as well as for my slow reply.

I'll be looking into this, first thing in the morning--now that I'm involved, I'm certain this will be resolved quickly.

Payments were delivered yesterday as check by courier. I am actually impressed and surprised by how fast it made it to me after making this complaint. For that, I appreciate the help and prompt response. As to why the amount is for appx. $1,813.02 and not the $2500 for which the withdrawals originally totaled.. that I am still not sure I will have to call and see if anyone has any insight for me. Thank you doing what you did Tawni. If you happen to know anything about the amount discrepancy before I have a chance to call in, feel free to let me know. Thanks again. -Matt
