Although accepts few deposits finds excuses not to proceed winnings ,when I won at last and in the 1st occasion they credit it to my balance back.I ve played it again "hoping"to lose but the casino was generous enough and decided to try to withdraw again ,this time more.My withraw is in progress 5 days now.I ve sent everything they asked ,spoke to the via tel call ,live chat e mails but they still examine ....

P.s They say they are looking for linked account which of course DOES not exists.

Thank you for your posting, and our apologies for the delayed response. You said in your complaint dated 16/10/2014 that there were no linked accounts, but we have had confirmation from you on 14/10/2014 that there is actually a linked account.

As you know by now, this unresolved link was causing the delay in processing your withdrawal, although we are happy to say that, now that the matter has been clarified, your withdrawal was sent to our payment processor on 16/10/2014 for processing. The normal period until it will show in your bank account is 3-5 business days, so you should be receiving your withdrawal very soon.

We're glad we were able to help resolve this matter amicably.

We got an email from a submitter, that this issue is resolved.
