I had a withdrawal approved for $1750 on 4/21 and my account shows another one being approved on 4/29 for $1750. I also had one approved for 750 on 5/5. I have tried calling, live chat, email to get the status of the but every time I just get the run around. I thought I would try to go this route to get help.

I'm so very sorry for the delays you've experienced.

I've looked into your withdrawals and I do see that two of the payments have gone off ($559 and $1,750). I would expect to see tracking late this week/early next week--generally the payment is delivered the day following our receipt of tracking.

I also see another check will go off later this week, which should reach you a few days following this first payment.

I'll be watching your account and will update as soon as I have tracking.

I only received tracking late last night, but I do see that delivery was attempted today (I believe a door tag was left for you).

The good news with all this is that all four withdrawals have been sent (there are two payment packages for you--two withdrawals in each).

I will have Ally, our Escalations Manager, contact you to ensure there's no problems with the delivery going forward.

Just to follow-up, I've checked the tracking on these payments and I do see that the sum total of your withdrawals was successfully delivered, Saturday. I'm very happy to see this has now been resolved for you. ;-)
