Vegas Casino Online - Delay In Withdrawals

Well I requested some withdrawals totalling $7000 all were requested between 5-1-2016 and 5-4-2016. I have emailed the finance dept and spoken to people every week on live chat when i can actually catch someone and ive been paid $2000 in the past 6 weeks. I keep getting the run around telling me their having delays etc. Im only allowed $1000 a week yet ive only recieved 2k in the past 6 weeks. so im suppose to wait another what 3-6 MONTHS to actually get the rest of my 5k? Not to mention they have excluded me from all promotions on their website for actually winning i guess. Terrible customer service and dodgy casino.

Our Finance Dept has explained very clearly that our processors are having delays and unfortunately there is nothing we can do about that. Your payments will be released according to your player class. Thank you.

Dear Vegas Casino Online,
I understand your company apparently is always having problems with your processors. I have been waiting 6 weeks for my withdrawals and based on my "player class" as you like to call it. I should be getting payments of $1000 a week so since you have not fulfilled your obligations in your own policy. You should be sending me the rest of my funds in a lump sum. And yes there is something you can do about that. Its called doing good business.

I understand there can be delays in payouts but I have been patiently asking for a timeline on when they will be processed for 6 weeks. the only responses i get are. " as soon as possible" "were sorry" I simply want to know when I am going to be paid. Will there be a payment this week? or will there be more "delays"?
