Stan James Casino - Delay in withdrawal

They have approved and processed a withdrawal of $560 on 7th July 2016 but I have yet to receive funds in my visa. I have contacted them a few times and each time they say its a delay with their payment provider worldpay and I should receive funds soon.

Unfortunately our payment provider World Pay suffered an outage earlier this month so they have a massive backlog of payments to process. As a result transactions are taking much longer than expected to clear but we hope the funds will be with you as soon as possible.

Further to my reply above we have just received an update from World Pay who state that all outstanding transactions should be completed within the next 48 hours.
