Tradition Casino - Delay In Winnings, Been Put Under Pressure to Play More In order to get paid

On Oct 9th I hit a jackpot for $8,000 but was only paid $4,000 almost a month later. I then waited to get paid with my winnings and was told I would have to play as a vip level customer. If didn't play I would not get paid promptly and would lose all of my cashback winnings. I have $9,900 still pending for a withdrawal and last week was told I would not get my winnings that week, but I may get it the end of this week and the amount was not decided on. I was told to play large amounts to get my winnings but everytime I play I have been winning. When will I get my $9,900 winnings which I have won fair and square. I was never told I have to lose large amounts to get my winnings. Please pay me as it deserved

This complaint was resolved by Owen Green from tradition casino. Mr. green has the best reputation for explaining the payout procedures, which I did not understand hence filing this complaint.

Tradition casino is 5 stars plus and should not have this derogatory statement about them. Hats off to Owen Green for his continued support.

I will continue to be a player of tradition casino and I recommend others to join in.
