Silver Oak Casino - Delay in payment for eight weeks and rude customer support

Last time I received a payment it took 8 weeks from the day I requested it. I am now trying to withdraw a jackpot that I hit for $15,000. I have looked at their terms on their web site and they claim to have payouts to the customer within 3 weeks!! REALLY!! This has never happened!! They need to live up to what their claim is! This is false advertisement! So now I am 5 weeks from the withdrawal of the first $2500, they have approved a total of three ( out of 6 $2500 withdrawals) . I have spoken to my casino host, he is rude and never follows through with what he says is going to happen! His name is Alex. I spoke with him directly last week and he told me that he would have a tracking number for me by Tuesday , well here we are it is Friday ........ This has been an ongoing battle with him through emails , where he claims to get me the info by a certain day and it never comes through! My las t withdrawal showed up after 8 weeks , I never received a tracking number from anyone , just found it on my doorstep !!!!!!
I enjoy playing at silver oak,but this is ridiculous ! Poor poor customer service ! I am shopping for a different casino if they don't get my money to me ! As per their claim on their web page!!!!!!

Silver Oak contacted me immediately after I submitted this complaint. They are working on getting my payments scheduled. We will see what happens. Not totally resolved ,but I am glad they are trying to solve this.

On 11/7/14 you were e-mailed information that another check for $2,500 was on its way via FEDEX. The remaining $2,500 approval should take place sometime this week and you will be notified via e-mail.
