Sloto' Cash Casino - Declining payment with unjustified reason

I play with cash only no bonus so after I lost my cash they give a percent back for you to play with and its rules are a play through amount and a max bet of $10. I proceeded to play and have pictures of the games. I won decided to cash out $2800 of the $3200+ that I won and play with the rest. When I won the original amount you could not bet over 6.25-$6.50 on any game it wouldn't even let you if you wanted. Those were also the rules. I submitted my cash out following all rules. I proceeded to play the rest of my winnings at above the $6.50 and lost it all but still already submitted the original winnings following the rules and now they are refusing to pay my winnings saying that I went over the $10.00 rule. This did not happen as it couldn't have. I request a review of my original submitted winnings and it be paid to me. Please help. I have given this casino more money then I've won anyway. If they want to take away the money that I played after submitting my withdrawal then it's wrong but go ahead take that from my $2800 but by no means should they steal my original withdrawal from me.

Hi

Thanks for your message.

Unfortunately winnings were void as you went over the max bet rule playing blackjack. Bets of $25 and $50 were made. The max bet was $10.

We will be happy to provide the game play to askgamblers upon request.

We request that all players keep within the rules of the bonuses and cashback to avoid such disappointment!

That is absolutely incorrect. I submitted a withdrawal first and only played slots with what I had asked the withdrawal on. It was the remaining monies that I played black jack. I should be paid for the withdrawal amount as it was totally within the rules. If you want to take the part I lost anyway from blackjack on monies that were not won when withdrawal was requested so be it. But the monies initially won for the withdrawal were by the rules

Based on evidence that we received from the casino management, we could confirm that player breach maxbet of 10$. We consider this complaint resolved and closed.
