Miami Club Casino - Declining doposit

I recently made a withdrawal and in order to do so I had to send them a scanned image of my driver's license, a picture of the credit card I used (front and back), and a scanned image of a recent utility bill. After sending them all this information, which was very unsettling to me anyway, they are now declining any deposit I have tried to make and are requesting that I use another card. I have contacted my credit card company and they have assured me that the decline is not on their part and that there is nothing wrong with my card. So why is this casino declining my card? They have photos of my credit card and my driver's license. I do not want them having access to another card. There is nothing wrong with the one on my account.

Please note this issue has nothing to do with Miami Club or your relationship with the casino. At this time we are unable to accept deposits from this card, but you are very welcome to use another card with us any time. The issue is specific to this card. The casino has not blocked you and would be very happy to help you use another card on your next deposit so you can get back to enjoying the games!

I really enjoy Miami Club Casino. It was definitely my favorite site. I just don't understand why all of a sudden you can't accept deposits from this card. There were no issues before I made my first withdraw and sent you scanned images of all the items that were requested. The only thing I'm hearing is that there is a problem with my card but nobody will tell me what the problem is. All you're telling me is I need to use another card. And if I do that, will I then have to send you a scanned image of that card when I make a withdraw? And give you access to yet another card?
I enjoy a little gaming in my free time and have found your casino to have the most entertaining games. I would love to continue playing at Miami Club Casino but I can't give you another card. 1. I don't have another credit card and 2. There isn't a problem with the card you have on file.

Right now its not possible for us to accept this card, that might change in the future but for now unfortunately this is the situation. If I find another payment method, will I have to resubmit the form and a scanned image of that card? Because I was told this time that I wouldn't have to do that again.

You will have to send in the documentation for the new card. This is a standard security check to protect both you and and casino.

There are other options for deposit which you would need to contact support for further information.

There is nothing at all to this. The issue is that we can not accept deposits from this card at this time.

Ok so once again you are not telling me WHY you cannot accept deposits from this card. All you're saying is that you cannot accept deposits from this card. So instead of us just going in circles, I'll just wait till you can accept deposits from this card. Thank you for your time anyway.

We consider this complaint resolved. Casino gave a full explanation that they can't accept deposit from player's aforementioned credit card and they offer another way of the deposit to the player.
