Uptown Aces Casino - Declined payout due to unproven breach of bonus max bet rule

I received a 25% bonus and cashed out 3000 dollars via check. To get this amount, I played Vulcan and you cannot bet more that 6.25 per hand and the casino states that during play through you cannot bet more that 6.50 which is obviously impossible. When I asked for them to give me a report they said they are unable to do so. I'm a VIP player btw.

Hi Sharpshooter1456

Thanks for your message.

The terms of the bonus were broken on Blackjack where many bets were made above $6.50. You then went on to play Vulcan.

Evidence has been sent to askgamblers for review.

While we do sympathize with you on this issue, the bonus rules are very clear and nothing is hidden on the Uptown Aces website.

The first line of the bonus terms page states:

''In the interests of fair gaming, there are limits on the maximum bet sizes you can place during the playthrough of any bonus (6.50 being the maximum unless SPECIFICALLY stated otherwise).''

We encourage all players to pay attention to this rule to avoid future disappointment.

We have been provided with clear evidence on behalf casino management that player breached bonus terms and conditions. Player's deposit was returned. Therefore, we consider this case as closed and Resolved. We recommend to the player to read more carefully bonus T&C before he decide to claim them.
