Sloto' Cash Casino - Declined payment without reason

I played in slotocash casino with free chips and win $ 179 .
I then send the document to the withdrawal , and document my account is verified .
then I asked for the withdrawal , and then I get a message from the security team and asked me to hold a photo ID .
after a few hours I got a message back if my payment was rejected without reason .
This is very unfair !!

I did not receive any message from sloto cash since this case was published!

AskGamblers Complaints Team have been provided by valid evidence on behalf management of Sloto' Cash Casino where is clearly visible that player didn't pass casinos KYC. With this act player breached casino's terms #10 and 10.4


10. The Company reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation may be credited to you, however, the Company reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your Casino account in any circumstances including:
