Euro Play Casino - Declined payment after 6 months of waiting!

On 1st February 2014, I deposited $25, no deposit bonus was taken, played my favourite games, won, and made a withdrawal for $450. Withdrawal was accepted and confirmed by the casino via email.

On 10th March 2014, the withdrawal was no longer in the pending category but still not approved for payment. Live Chat informed me that the withdrawal was still under processing. As I wanted to play at the casino, I then made a $25 deposit, again no deposit bonus was taken, and proceeded to play as usual. I made another win, withdrew $400, and the withdrawal was accepted and confirmed by the casino via email.

As each month passed, I was repeated informed that my withdrawals were still not processed, due to some technical difficulties on their side. No details were given to me when I asked them what those difficulties were, but was always reassured by the Live Chat Host that I will get my payments in due time.

Now, 6 months later, both my withdrawals have unexpectedly been declined by the casino and the funds ($450+$400) credited back into my account. No reasons whatsoever were given for the declined withdrawals. When I asked them if I could then make a fresh withdrawal, I was told that the matter need to be referred to the casino's finance department first and that I shall be informed later.

When is later? Another 6 months? Euro Play Casino has never took any initiative to inform me of my withdrawal status. They replied my email only when I forced them to, after numerous of my earlier emails to them were not replied nor responded to.

I have made several withdrawals before at the casino but got all my payments within 3 months. All my withdrawals before this have been successfully processed and paid, and I never had a declined withdrawal before. This is the first time this has happened and I am totally bewildered as to the reasons for it.

I hope Askgamblers can look into this matter for me and I really need AG's assistance now to get my money paid. Euro Play Casino has definitely gone from bad to worse!

Well, I am still waiting for confirmation from Euro Play Casino if I can make a fresh withdrawal now. Still no confirmation...still on hold!
