Loco Panda Casino - Declined payment, no explanations

On April 3rd I request a payout of the max payout amount of 3000.00. I had over 7000.00 in my casino account at that time. I just received today an email stating that $160 has been approved and would be sent via wire transfer. No other information was stated on the email. So I signed in to notice that 2648.00 was returned to my players bank. When I went into account history it showed that the 2840.00 was declined and then there was a manager withdrawal of 192.00 which was my bonus. I have now requested another withdrawal of the 2648.00 because it shows up as a withdrawable amount. I sent them an email asking why I'm only getting $160 and have not heard back from them as of yet but it's only been a few hours. I'm submitting this complaint now because I have read the previous complaints and I'm now convinced they will not send me my winnings. I played with site before and back in May of 2014 had a successful withdrawl. I play on-line all the time and with many sites and never had any issues before. I spend a lot of money and really enjoy this entertainment. I have enjoyed Loco Panda and never payed attention to the bad reviews and the blacklist because I believed it was prob people who don't know the rules of the bonus or didn't summit the forms needed. Now I'm heartbroken that this site has damaged my favorite pastime and if I'm a victim like the other unresolved I will have to quit playing all together. I never expect to win and rarely do but if when I do if I can't recieve my winnings fairly then why play at all.

No my complaint is still not resolved. Loco Panda responded to my first email explaining that due to their policy #12 they can deny payment due to previous 30 day activity. I was confused with this policy and asked them to clarify it but have not heard back from them yet. The way I understand it is that because I only deposited $80 I'm not entitled to my winning because I don't have any previous deposits within the past 30 days prior to my $80 deposit. So if that is what the policy means then it would mean I would need to loose all my winnings, deposit some more money a few more times, hopefully win again and then maybe they would approve a withdrawal. I currently have been playing with my winnings and have won even more money. I actually had over $21,000.00 at one point and now I'm down to $9000.00. Ive been playing since my deposit of $80. My play through with them is insane at this point. Im a pretty large gambler on-line and at local casinos. I have Chairman and Platinum status. I'm never going to stop playing. I actually like this site and been having a lot of fun and luck playing on Loco Panda. I'm going to keep playing and hopefully they will approve a future payout after I've been playing on these winning for so long. If not then I will obviously never play with them again. I'm hoping I misunderstand the policy. If I walked into an actual casino and hit a jackpot for 10,000, they world never deny me my winning because I only put $100 in the machine. This policy basically states that Loco Panda had the right to deny payment of any winning based on the players activity in the past 30 days. That policy gives the the right to deny any payment at anytime. I'm leaving this unresolved because I'm still waiting clarification on the policy and I want to know if I will ever be approved any addition payout on my current winning if I keep playing on these winning and keep requesting a cash out.

I requested another withdrawal of $2800.00 after I won the $21,000.00 and they responded with this e-mail a little while ago....

Thank you for your response. I read, reviewed and now understand these policies. As stated before I’m a very heavy on-line gambler and been playing for as long as I can remember. I even had a NetTeller account before the US banned Americans from having an account. I’ve never ran into any issues like this before. These policies are based on your manager discretion. A 10x cash out limit was not stated on my bonus of “Four240”. It is only hidden in policy 13. I did check the box that I do understand your terms and conditions when I signed up for my account. I also understand that based on these policies, I’m not entitled to any of my winnings. I urge you to reconsider these policies. I truly enjoy playing on Loco Panda and want to keep playing. There are 100’s of on-line gaming sites just like this one and I’ve played on many of them. The competition you have in gaining players and keeping loyalty to this site must be a challenge. I assure you that I’m not a player you will want to lose. I really love your site and want to continue to play here but I will not be able to justify depositing any more money knowing that I can’t receive any winnings fairly. I also have many on-line gaming friends and have shared my experience with them. They are all eager to know the outcome before they sign up or consider continuing to play here. I also ask you to check my play. My play through with your site in very strong. I obvious rather gamble with my winning then cash out but the excitement of playing for the chance of winning is taking away when you know you can’t receive these winning anyway. Why would we deposit real money then when we can just play for fun? It’s the same principle. In the past I have had luck on other site but my problem is I can’t stop playing long enough to cash out. I need to play on-line. It’s truly enjoy it. I will never stop playing and I can easily choose another site that does not have these policies, but I hope I won’t have to. As your policies stat, it’s all under the managers discretion. I will just wait to see if I truly am valued as player or not. I have also taken a lot of screen shots of my winnings. My $7000.00 on The Three Stooges, my $21,000.00 on Texas Tycoon and a few others. You really can have luck on this site, I love it. I can’t wait to share them with my friends and would love to post them on chat rooms and gambling review websites but I can not encourage anyone from joining Loco Panda if I know they can’t “truly” win here.

I just won another progressive for over 8,000,00. This is the 2nd big progressive I won. I feel they do this on purpose. They somehow let the people who can not cash the winnings out to hit the big progressives. That way they never have to pay it out. This is so morally wrong.
