So i got a no deposit bonus, i clear the wager and everything and the support said i need to deposit 25€ to cashout the 100(maxcashout). Thats what i did they asked me for my documents, they accepted them and i requested my cashout.. 5 Days later(31 august) they declined it without saying anything. So i went to live support and after 30 minutes of waiting 1 guy talks to me. After being rude he tells me it was because i didnt send them my neteller id to their email. Now nobody anwser, both live support or email support and since they only accept cashouts in account that did deposits in last 7 days(i think) and they declined it and they dnt anwser to my emails i will probably not be able to request my cashout without depositing again when it was not my fault.

Hi Jason, thanks for such a fast reply. So i already did send my neteller id to the support but still didnt get any anwser. If this cashout gets denied again i will not be able to request a cashout again( Since i read the terms and conditions that i need to make a cashout in last 5 days to request a cashout). When i first sent my documents i asked in live support if that was all it was needed and they told me yes, now im worried i cannot cashout when its not my fault. My nickname on sunsetslots is gtchhh. Do you need the email ticket when i sent the neteller id aswell?

I forgot to say. I already requested the cashout yesterday(about 24h now) since yesterday was the last day i was able to request it. So your team should be able to see my email in the next 48 hours right? I guess the pending period is 72 hours

Still without any replys on the emails i sent.. And the cashout i requested day 31 of august still pending

After the cashout was accepted i got my money in about 3 hours.
