I won in Cyber Club Casino and JackpotLuck (the same company White HAT) ok 4000e
Casino verify my ID card, and does not want to accept any document confirming the address, I sent a number of documents confirming the address of which are accepted in all online casinos
CyberClub Casino evidently extends the verification that lasts a few months, I already I have no idea what to do, because they do not want to accept any document, company intentionally and deliberately prolonged verifications

Whilst delays are not what we like to see, unfortunately in this case, the documentation that was asked for was not provided and therefore we were unable to process the cash-out, as per our obligations to our license procedure. However, the player has today supplied the correct documentation and the cash-out has been processed.

today received payment from Cyber Club Casino, and does not send any new documents by a complaint to ASK gamblers, this same documents not previously accepted, after writing an ASK complaints have been accepted.
