Cyber Club Casino won't pay my big win

They are not replying to emails and don't pay since November 2014.

I made the first deposit of 100 and received 100 welcome bonus and played slots and managed to win 4351 EUR which was never paid.

They asked for documents and I sent them, then they asked for another type of ID and another Bill which I also sent, the last email was the second type of document request no reply to emails since then, I sent them 2 forms of ID and 2 forms of Bill

1) A copy of yur passport.
2) A copy of a recent utility bill with your name and address on or another document with proof of address.

This casino member was asked documentation for his proof of identity as is required by our licensing guidelines.

The documents were sent couple of times, in January 11 second bill was sent to accounts email and to support email as well

You already received the national ID and the first bill, this is according to your reply from couple of month asking for second bill and second ID, as I said I have already sent the second documents couple of times but now I have attached it again to an email and sent it again to accounts and support email

The account is open and I was able to withdraw part of the balance. I hope they pay, meanwhile I consider this case as resolved
