Crown Europe Casino will not refund money

I put in a withdrawel to have my money put back onto the same card i used to transfer money. After a couple of days i was asked to provide a bill as proof of adress scan my driving liceance and my credit card to prove identity. 3 times i have done this and everytime i get a email finally to confirm it is being processed and all info was received then a week later i get an email to say they did not receive documents so have cancelled my payment. They are clearly trying to avoid paing me my money back. When i reply to say i did they do not get back to me.
