i made a withdrawl from the said casino of 2000 on the 9/07/2012 i received email today saying that 735 was paid into my account and that the rest was void because there was a max cash out of 21 times the amount deposited i have deposit into this site and its sister sites on a lot of occaisions as the casino in question can confirm this and have ask thier live chat is there a max cash out on every occaision i was told no max cash out because if i had knew this i would not of took the 100% deposit bonuses that was giving to me on every deposit can anyone help plz as they have over a 1000 of my winnings

still no email and no responce on my winnigs after reading about crown europe and city club simply do not play on these two sites
