Slots of Vegas Casino - Slow Payments & Unjustified Splitting of Payments

This is one the worst casino ever. I have several withdraws ( $2500,2500,2500). I withdraw on Jan 8, 2015. On Jan 23, 2015 they approved the first withdraw for 2425 (75 bonus) and split the second withdraw into 1200/1200 ( 100 bonus). On Feb 11, they approved the first 1200 and I got my check 28 days later. On March 3, 2015, they approved the second 1200. On March 20, the split my third withdraw into 1250/1250 and approved the first 1250. On April 3, they approved the second 1250.
First I withdraw using Check but they got the wire-transfer information from other casino and using it which is OK with me. How ever, I have not receive any of my withdraws using the wire-transfer yet. The 1200 approved on March 3, the 1200 approved on March 20. The one on April 3 is still within the time frame.

Why are you keep splitting my withdraws? It is so you can prolong the time you need to pay and to charge more for the processing fee?
I chat with the CS and it go around and around, no definite answer.
Please give me definite answer for this

Hi Oscarkb,

As mentioned in my previous reply to you, your situation is a bit compli­cat­ed/­con­fusing, due to the many withdrawals you had simultaneously via several different casinos.

I was copied in on an email which was sent to you by our Escalations Manager, Sophie Evans, yesterday. This email addressed the withdrawals mentioned in the first part of your post, explaining how those payments were made to your bank (available in your account as of March 27th).

Relating to the two other withdrawals, the March 20th withdrawal was sent off to our processors, April 12th and the other withdrawal was approved April 3rd and is headed to processing. Sophie will continue to follow up on these withdrawals, ensuring all goes smoothly from here.

Thanks for clearing the first part out. Yeah, at that point in time, I also have a 1250 withdraw from Virtual. I thought they was fast but it was from Slots of Vegas. So consider first part resolved.
So, I am still not receive the one approved March 20. It is now April 22 which is more than a month for the wire-transfer.
You still not telling me why you keep splitting my withdraws yet?

Just to follow-up, as mentioned already, the other two payments are indeed in processing and I'm just waiting on the confirmation information. I believe Sophie Evans will follow up with you further with those confirmations.

As to your question regarding split payments, this is nothing new and you can read about it, here:

It states: “Due to limitations enforced by third party payment processors, in some cases,your withdrawal may be split in to multiple payments, each with a separate approval time.”

This IS a third party issue and one that is quite difficult for all involved, however, we are very upfront about this on our website.

I check my bank today (April 23) and there is a $1203 wire-transfer deposit. I assume this is the withdraw on March 20.
Still waiting for the April 3 approval deposit.

So 2/3 resolved so far.
I wonder when I will get mine if I don't file complaint

The final withdraw show up but for the amount of $1186.
I lost another $40 fee + unknown 24 + $15 charge from bank

Any way is is resolved now. Still take too long
