Miami Club Casino - Delayed credit card refund

I was informed that my account at Miami Club Casino was flagged due to some security question I asked.
Wow, all I asked is where are They located? -to make sure avoiding places like his in the future.
They would not release this very secret for Them information.No telephone number either.
They cant afford talking to customers on the phone.
My problem with Miami Club started when they informed me that I have to play slots for 4 thousand dollars to be able to withdrawn my roulette winnings and original credit card deposit $300,- plus $203,- plus bonus $100,-
They simply refused it.
I did played well over $4000,- on roulette.
They told that roulette is not eligible for withdrawing money and (this is good!!!)" I won over $200,- because I received a bonus of $100,- they give it me"
How about it?
So , I demanded refund my initial deposit-have Them keep my winning and bonus and was promised to have it back within 5-7 business days.
Today is 7th day and no money shown on my account.
How can You explain it mr. miami club?

Update . This is getting more interesting. Simple refund of $300,-is not so simple
They already refused paying my winning money due to hidden welcome bonus rules.
I have contacted lupinmall.com (credit card processing co.) to confirm refund of initial $300,-

Unfortunately you used bonus money to play roulette, which is a resticted game on bonuses. See terms and conditions at http:/­/mi­ami­clu­bca­sin­o.i­m/p­rom­oti­ons/.

Its impossible to say exactly when the amount of $300 will be back on your card. Once we process the refund it is out of our hands and over to the banking system. I can assure you 100% the refund was made October 10th (7 business days ago). Please can you report back to us if you havens received the funds by 25th October?

Please be sure to check the terms and conditions in future before redeeming any bonus at an online casino. I believe almost every casino online has the same term for Roulette.

First at all : Your bonus was added to my initial deposit automatically.
Secondly : Restrictions rules on Roulette are hidden or not visible and showing link of T&C now is just Your another trick .
Third: Why are You saying this:"Its impossible to say exactly when the amount of $300 will be back on your card. Once we process the refund it is out of our hands and over to the banking system"

1. Player is shown bonus options in cashier when deposit is made, player can choose whichever bonus is offered, or decline.

3. Generally funds will arrive back to you in 5 - 7 business days. Sometimes it can take longer. Once a refund is made it is in the hands of the banking system.

There is nothing we can do to speed this up unfortunately. Please be patient and the funds will arrive and we can put this issue to bed. I understand this can be frustrating.

NO MONEY as of 10/25/2014 , They don't care. People be aware. Do not deal with them.
I am waiting until 10/27/2014 and will make stop payment on credit card.

Again I understand the frustration but at this point it really is a waiting game. I assure you 100% that the refund was made and will arrive to you soon. You are OBLIGATED to check and inform me where is the money - not me. Some explanation like : " We dont know.... or its out of our hands " is completely absurd and incompetent. Your banker knows exactly where is the money. I would check it myself ,but You have refused giving me confirmation number of refund.
